This presentation will offer simple tweaks to improve overall patient satisfaction and care outcomes, while reducing practice overhead costs. The speaker will provide low to no-cost solutions for creating and deploying fundamental Lean principles, integrating a Lean culture in your staff to advance innovation, and using practice data to identify the areas within your practice that require improvement in order to be solely patient-focused.

Aneesh Suneja is the President and Founder of FlowOne Lean Consulting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Aneesh has been a Lean practitioner and advocate for more than a decade. For the past five years his focus has been exclusively on health care, and he has transformed practice areas in physician offices, clinics, emergency departments and inpatient settings.
He is the author of two books: Lean Doctors: A Bold and Practical Guide to Using Lean Principles to Transform Healthcare Systems, One Doctor at a Time, and Make Your Clinics Flow with Synchrony: A Practical and Innovative Guide for Physicians, Managers, and Staff.
